The aim of this campaigned is to help raising funds in fighting against hunger and poverty. That is why Kaddra Farm organization plans to organize groups of farmers in the communities with the idea of helping the backyard women gardeners to use Hybrid crops for high production that will serve more both for food and for sale. We launched a bold strategic plan with local organization in Sierra Leone (Every-Body most Farm) to increase our capacity for enough food production.

"You have the power to improve the lives of others, which is a privilege to many people like you. Indeed".

Today I am pleased to update you about our progress toward achieving our strategic plan, goal and how. Thanks to the support of people like you- Kaddra Farm organization has been able to:
Among other activities: we specifically focus on the most vulnerable and at times the most volatile groups in the society, which are youth, women, single mothers and the aged. In the case of youths they have potential to be involved in mischievous behavior if they are not gainfully employed. In addition they can easily migrate to urban centers where they have the strength to contribute to social instability.
With regards to females, it is a fact that they contribute immensely to the running of the homes in rural communities. The high concentration of single mothers who are for their children and other family members poses economic stress for them. As such:
 Kaddra farm Inc organized group’s farmers in the communities with the aim of helping women undertaking small backyard gardening to use Hybrid crops so that they can produce more both for food and for sale.
 We continue to provide training in income generation helping women discover ways to generate their own income and expenses.
 We supporting the farmer’s with local tools such as, Cutlass, Hoes, fertilizers and see.
 We helping them to get their produce to market, through local transportation
Farming in most parts of Sierra Leone is for subsistence in which food crops such as Rice, Yams, Cassava and groundnuts are grown for food. Farmers often grow these crops through mixed cropping. The ultimate goal is to develop and sustain strong farming communities, who would be taught micro economics. Kaddra- Farm operations would expand as resources permit.
Supporting infrastructures in the four communities:
(A). One Primary School. (Vocational School)
The communities will provide the land and local materials like stones, sand, bush sticks and unskilled labor as their contribution. Also the contractors will be urged to employ the local skill labor. The remote locations of these communities have not made them ideal destinations for trained teachers. By increasing the capacity of two currently untrained teachers through formal training the standard of education will be raised.
(B). Water and Sanitation (Wells and Toilets.)
About 70% of the household heads interviewed revealed that they did not have toilets facilities. This project will support, through the Community-Led total Sanitation approach of toilets for each dwelling house, and one (1 ) protected hand-dug wells with hand pump well be provided in each of the four communities.
Because I know how much you care about our mission and the people we serve, I want to alert you to an opportunity to double the impact of you support so that we can always say “Yes”
What have we accomplished so far and what's next? In the year 2019-2021, we served over 400 poor and advantage women and men including 7 persons with disabilities. Additionally, Kaddra Farm organization has facilitated 50 volunteer youths for farming activities to be alert whenever needed. In the year 2025, Kaddra Farm has a goal to a multiple growth that will increase job training and job creation. It’s a goal to expand our work in the coming years, aiming to reach one million in restoring food security annually, through local and our partners. Our “Food processing center” will be our core building our plans to success.
This will enable us to give out free lunch for student in year 2025 and with your continued support we can make it possible to distribute free lunch to 2000 or 3000 students by the year 2027. I’m confident that with your support today, we can continue steadily increase our work to achieve the goals. So please reach out again today to help feed the needy by making the most generous donation you can, and we can’t do it alone without you. Thanks in advance and may God Bless you.
